Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation email is required.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@lilyaspenenterprise.com or call 856-436-0201.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly through replacement or full refund—at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or variation, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
